Careers

Small firm. Real work. No bench.

Everyone here runs a team of agents alongside their own work, on the same tools we deploy for clients. Not as a pilot and not as a perk. At this size it is simply how the work gets done.

Open roles

Two, both open now.

Process and automation specialist

You map how a department actually works, quantify what the repetitive part costs, and then build the thing that carries it. Consulting judgment and hands on the tools in the same week, usually in the same room as the people whose work is changing. You will be in a client's department, on live files, in your first month.

Comfortable in French and English. Comfortable being the least experienced person in a meeting and asking the question anyway.

Inside sales coordinator

We have built a system that finds companies advertising a capacity gap, works out what is actually broken in the process behind the role, and drafts a specific message to the person who owns it. It works. What it needs is someone to run it at a volume one person cannot sustain alongside client delivery.

You own the queue end to end: reviewing what the system surfaces, judging whether each message is sharp enough to send, sending it, and holding the first conversation when someone replies. Qualified conversations go to the principal for the diagnosis. Roughly half judgment about whether an outreach earns someone's attention, half structured questioning on a call. You are also the reason the system improves, because every message you rewrite tells it something it did not know.

We hire here for judgment rather than for a sales background: someone who can read a job posting and see the process behind it, and who knows the difference between a message a senior operator answers and one they delete. Some commercial experience matters. A history of high-volume cold calling does not, and may count against you. Comfort with AI tools is useful and learnable in weeks if the rest is there.

What the job is actually like

  • Everyone directs a team of agents. Briefing one properly, checking its work and fixing it when it drifts is a core skill of every role here, not a specialty belonging to someone else.
  • Ten percent of your paid hours are for learning, and that is a floor rather than a perk.
  • The whole firm meets every two weeks to share what worked and what broke. Both halves are expected.
  • Every process here is documented, so you are never reverse-engineering someone's habits.
  • You use the same tools we deploy, every day, on your own work first.
